Dusty Walker, owner of Elevated Insurance Services has over 18 years of experience as an insurance agent. During his time as an agent, he has spent several years handling regulatory complaints from the Department of Insurance and Better Business Bureau for 48 different states. Learning what insurance coverages, or the lack thereof, can negatively impact people’s lives gives him an advantage over other agents.
How We Handle Customer Policies and Claims
The experienced agents at Elevated Insurance Services advise customers on what they need most, to prevent lawsuits or claims issues. We also makes sure that each insurance policy and coverage limit, is understood by the customer. Our customer service during a claim and how we take time to educate customers on their policy is what makes Elevated Insurance Services “a head above the rest” in the insurance industry. Dusty’s goal for his agency is to service customers for life and that they entrust him and the EIS team with all their insurance needs.
Meet the Team
Doug Tice is the newest member of our team. A licensed agent since 2006, Doug started as a Property and Casualty agent, at Nationwide Insurance, in the call center. After leaving Nationwide Insurance, Doug studied and earned his license in Life & Health Insurance in Amarillo, TX, while gaining experience working for an Allstate Insurance Agent.
When he was introduced to the Medicare Advantage plans, Doug decided to work in the Senior Market as an Independent agent. This allows him to offer clients all types of insurance for their best need at the best value.
